7am Jogging!!

My jogging partner, Debra, and I after jogging this morning. We learned that we should ware more than a light long sleeve shirt and sweat pants when it's below freezing outside...lol
Look who likes bunny ears, too!!lol

at CVS...

I went Good Will shopping with Virgie Sunday evening.
After being disapointed by the early closing time at GoodWill, we stopped by at CVS to get some sour gummy warms and york peppermint patties, our favorite snacks. While we were there, we also enjoyed walking through the candy iles, smelling the candles, exploring shades, and, most of all, going through the funny birthday cards.

The 1st picture is the cover of a card that were our personal favorite.

The 2nd picture is what it looks like inside. Look at what it says...

It says, "Good thing your face never froze like that. Happy Birthday, Daughter."

That's so mean!!! lol

After our fun adventure at CVS, we both walked back to Hollins. It was great to hang out with another believer and to just enjoy our simple conversation :-)

in the moody cafeteria...

The building that has the cafeteria is actually called "Moody."
p.s. Was it my mom who more than once told me, "Don't play with your food!!"lol

Tinker Day

Students and teachers are surprised by the announcement in the morning that all the class that day is cancelded on Tinker Day. We all dressed as crazy as we can and clime Tinker mountain together!!
Tuesday started with Tinker Scare at 2:00am and 6:00am... For those who don't know what Tinker Scare is, it's a tradition done by the Seniors during September and early October during the night. It's called Tinker Scare because everyone is looking forward to Tinker Day and the Seniors get to scare/disapoint students by announcing fake Tinker day... They will dress crazily and come running down the dorm hallways banging on pots and pans, screaming "Tinker Scare!!!!" It wakes ME up, so you can imagine how loud they are...

Disturbia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK. I know I don't do well with horror movies. The last horror movie I saw was "The Ring", Japanese version, when I was 15. I know I can't sleep well afterwards and I know it makes me very nervous. But, I thought this won't be as bad as other horror movies... Well, I was holding on to my friend the whole time, told myself to leave at least 10 times (but too scared to walk back alone in the dark), screamed at not only the movie, but also at everybody else's scream, etc. You get the picture.

I got back to my room, and Kathryn isn't here... I'm actually doing pretty good. The ending was great. All problems solved, love is there, laugh is there, all good.

...Though I don't understand why I keep checking behind my back............?!?!?!
